INDA Staff Organization

The professional management of INDA is organized around its communication services:

  • Expositions and conferences
  • Publications
  • Government relations (informing members, lobbying)
  • Technical programs (e.g., test methods, research & technical networking)
  • International trade (e.g., tariff negotiations, nomenclature)
  • Special interests of members (e.g., healthcare, wipers, needlepunch)

Staff Positions
President: Rory Holmes (provides leadership in setting the Strategic Plan and leads staff in development and implementation of operational plans)
Executive Services Coordinator: Johnnie Jean Dickens (provides assistance to the President)
Director of Marketing: Peggy Blake (responsible for marketing INDA services, events and membership. Also responsible for special interests of members (e.g., healthcare, wipers, needlepunch)
Director of Administration: Lori Reynolds (trade show and conference site selection, logistical planning and coordinating, publishes International Directory; directs registration procedures for conferences and expos; manages INDA business and personnel matters)
Director of Technical Affairs: Steve Ogle  (test methods and technical information)
Director of Finance: Annette Balint (handles accounting and financial functions, assists President in developing budget)
Director of Market Research
& Statistics:
Ian Butler (responsible for market statistics & technical networking)
Director of Government Affairs: Peter Mayberry (in Washington, tracks and reports on regulatory and legislative issues – represents industry positions)
Associate Director of Government Affairs: Jessica Franken (provides assistance to the Director of Government Affairs and provides lobbying efforts when needed on Capital Hill)
Educational and Statistical Manager: Deanna Lovell (organizes and administers conferences and training courses)
Associate Director of Sales: Marilyn Bellinger (sells booth space for expositions and telemarkets attendance for conferences, promotes new memberships)
Sales Coordinator: Tracey Bailey (assists the membership coordinator with selling booth space for expositions and promotes new memberships)
Information Systems Administrator: Catherine Thoits (Manage, install, maintain, and monitor the infrastructure of the local area network, e-commerce and all business applications)
Marketing/Sales Manager: Misty Ayers (responsible for committee development, assessment of member needs, sales of publications, advertising sales, marketing support)

Coordinator:

Cindy Garcia (responsible for publications and coordinates INDA’s website)
Staff Accountant: Dina Eagen (provides assistance to the Director of Finance)
