We believe our first responsibility is to the members of INDA. Our goal is to provide them with first quality educational and networking opportunities that will help them be successful and profitable. We are stewards of INDA finances and membership dues and are dedicated to keeping the organization financially sound.

Secondly, we are responsible to the nonwovens industry worldwide. We strive to be the “go to” organization for technical, marketing, government and international trade needs. We pride ourselves in responding quickly, thoughtfully and respectively.

We are responsible to our employees. They supply the creativity that design and build INDA services and create a positive reputation worldwide. It is their drive, motivation and creativity that make INDA successful. Trust and empowerment of our employees are key cornerstones of the organization. In understanding the importance of our employees we must provide an environment for optimal productivity by: 1) compensating fairly and adequately 2) providing a secure environment in which they can make decisions, offering ideas and complaints. We must be mindful of their family responsibilities.

We are responsible to the communities in which we live and work and to the world community. We must maintain the property we are privileged to use, protecting the environment and natural resources. We will be good corporate citizens and will practice policies that sustain our people and our planet.
