AUTHORS' INSTRUCTIONS
Presentations at an INDA conference must be accompanied by materials suitable for publishing. All authors are required to submit a completed "Author's Agreement" and "Biography" prior to their presentations. Authors are also asked to review and adhere to INDA's audio/visual requirements for conference presentations.

| SPEAKERS' BIOGRAPHICAL FORM | A printable form for the speaker's biography. A prepared bio may be substituted. |
