Filtration 101 and 201

The increasing demand for clean air and water is attracting a large number of professionals to the filter industry. The two tutorials offered at this year’s conference aims to introduce the essentials to the newcomers to the field as well as those who wish for a refresher on the basics. In keeping with the philosophy that one learns more by asking, substantial time will be available for questions.

Filtration 101: Beginning with a primer on the filter media that is the heart of any filter, the first tutorial will introduce the language of filtration and filter testing.

Filtration 201: The second tutorial will introduce the attendees to air and liquid filtration and conclude with discussions on some common and not so common applications
