Tabletop Displays and Reception

Don’t miss out on your opportunity to display information on your latest research and product applications and to talk with your customers and colleagues. At the conference’s Tabletop Reception, you will have the opportunity to speak and to present your information to over 550+key industry contacts.

Guidelines

  • Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis as long as space is available.
  • The tabletop display will be an event wherein companies may acquire tabletop space to display literature and meet customers.
  • The tabletop consists of one 6-ft draped table and a company identification place card (provided by INDA).
  • A reception with refreshments will be part of the tabletop event.
  • Electricity will not be available nor will it be made available at an additional charge.
  • Tabletop display units may be used on top of the table surface but these units may not exceed 4’ in height.
  • All materials, etc. to be displayed must fit on the table surface of the table.
  • You should place your display so that you stand in front of the table.
  • A photo of an acceptable tabletop display is attached.
  • There is no guarantee that you will have wall space or be able to use any wall space behind your booth.

New Technology Showcase

This event will be held during the 2005 International Nonwovens Conference, September 19-22, 2005 at the Millennium Hotel, St. Louis, Missouri. You will be notified of your acceptance into the New Technology Showcase by May 13.

Guidelines

  • You must do a computer-generated (PowerPoint) presentation and submit your PowerPoint file electronically to Tracey Barefoot at tbarefoot@inda.org on or before August 26, 2005.
  • All PowerPoint files will be loaded onto one laptop computer prior to the conference. Presentations will be made from one computer.
  • Presenters who do not submit their PowerPoint file by August 26, 2005 will be removed from the program. There will be no editing of slides after the August 26, 2005 submission.
  • 35mm slides and overheads are not permitted.
  • Technology to be presented must be new – introduced or released within the past 18 months.
  • Presentations must run on a strict schedule with speakers starting every ten minutes. After ten minutes, the session moderator will terminate the presentation.
  • Commercial restrictions have been lifted for this portion of the conference only. Trade names, company names and logos may be used freely, but do not make any unsubstantiated claims!
  • Presenters must abide by INDA-TAPPI Antitrust Policies; therefore references to prices, cost, future production levels, market share, terms or conditions of sale, distribution methods or channels, etc. cannot be discussed. If you have questions on antitrust, please contact INDA, TAPPI or your corporate legal department.
  • No commercial literature is to be displayed or distributed during the session; refer interested parties to Company Contact (address, phone number and/or tabletop booth space) on the last slide.
  • All showcase speakers must attend the speaker’s breakfast on the Tuesday, September 20 at 7:00am. At that time, the moderator will go over the details of how everything will work during the session.
  • Participants are limited and will be selected on a first come, first served basis in order of receipt at INDA/TAPPI offices. Only one presentation will be accepted per company.
