REACH Webinar - if You Sell Products In EuropeNew European legislation — known as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances) — requires all manufacturers who do business in Europe to register all chemicals in their products and show that these chemicals do not harm the environment or health. If your company sells raw materials or roll goods into Europe, and your products are not made from registered or exempt raw materials, they could be banned from sale on January 1, 2009.
