Archived Webinar from: July 22, 2008
REACH—Are You Ready?
New European legislation — known as REACH (Registration, Evaluation,
Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances) — requires all
manufacturers who do business in Europe to register all chemicals in their

If your company sells raw materials or roll goods into Europe, and your products
are not made from registered or exempt raw materials, they could be banned
from sale on January 1, 2009. • meaning and breadth of REACH
• implementation timeline
• how you can comply
• legal implications
• avoiding the pitfalls
• resources available
