Global Brand Manager Innovation at Neutrogena Global Brand Manager Innovation Neutrogena Responsible for developing the strategy and a robust innovation pipeline for Neutrogena Naturals and Neutrogena Facial Cleansing. I plan, organize and develop new products from conceptual stages (insight mining, new product exploratory and ideation) through to launch in market by uncovering unmet consumer needs and early market trends and translating them into new products, which drive market share and revenue growth. In my role, I am leading the efforts of a multi-functional team and interface with key local skincare teams and senior management throughout the project development to continuously optimize plans and product rollout.
This presentation will review the make-up remover wipe category and explain how wipes fit in the total facial cleansing space; how different products are performing in the market place, and why some products are seeing accelerated growth rates.
