Registration Options
You may select from one of the following options:
- Full Conference & Expo – The 3-Day Package covers your attendance at all the Conference sessions and the Exposition.
- Daily Registration – This
1-Day or 2-Day option admits you to the Conference sessions on the day(s)
you select and to the Exposition.
- Reception – Requires a separate fee.
- Expo Only
– This option admits you to the Exposition on the day(s) you select. No conference
sessions are included in this option.

Don’t Wait – Check-In on Monday!
Registration will be open on Monday to exhibitors and attendees alike! Stop by the convention center Monday afternoon beginning at 2:00 p.m. to avoid the Tuesday morning registration rush. With your badge in hand, you can head straight to the Conference and Exposition without delay!
Registration Payment
Your registration fee or credit card number must accompany your registration form. If you fax your registration, you must pay by credit card. INDA will process and confirm all registrations received at its office up to April 9, 2010. After April 9, 2010, please register onsite. All cancellation requests must be received in writing. You may cancel your registration up to April 9, 2010 and receive a full refund. Fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after April 9, 2010.

Admission/ Badges/ Tickets
Admission to all Conference Sessions and the Exposition will be by badge only. All badges will be coded to reflect the registration option you select. Admission to the Welcome Reception on Monday, April 26, 2010, will be by ticket only. For pre-registered attendees: Badges and Reception Tickets will be mailed to you prior to IDEA. You will need to pick up your badge holder onsite at a badge holder pick-up counter.

Monday, April 26 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Miami Beach Convention Center Skywalk Don’t miss this opportunity to network with hundreds of other attendees the evening before IDEA opens. Cost for this must attend event is $100 per person. We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance.
