INDA has secured room blocks in several major hotels in Miami Beach at special discounted rates. There is not a hotel adjacent to the convention center! Resort Destinations will coordinate housing for IDEA. Reservations will NOT be accepted directly by the hotels. Reservations must be made through Resort Destinations by going online to https://www2.gmcvb.com/res_require.cfm?cc=IDEA2010 or by fax or mail.

It is important that you make reservations no later than February 26, 2010. Room reservations may be made at these rates as long as rooms are available in the group block and reservations are made prior to February 26, 2010. After February 26, 2010, rates and room availability cannot be guaranteed. All rates are non-commissionable. To assist you in making your reservations, a list of IDEA hotels with rates is provided along with a map. Hotels fill up quickly, so make your reservation early!

You must guarantee your reservation with a major credit card. One night’s deposit will be charged at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made in accordance with hotel policy (noted on your hotel confirmation) or your credit card will be charged. Every effort will be made to accommodate your hotel preferences, but in the event that the requested hotel(s) are unavailable, you will be assigned to an alternative hotel.
