A: IDEA16 has contracted with multiple hotels in downtown Boston. Exhibitors have priority access to the hotel blocks and can find detailed information in the Exhibitor Service Manual. A: IDEA is a huge show, covering 500,000 gross square feet of exhibit space, so it is unlikely that you will be able to walk the entire exposition floor and see all the Exhibitors in one day.
A: There are conference presentations before the Exposition starts each day, (Tuesday, May 3 – Thursday, May 5), from 9:00 am – 10:30 am.
