A: The smallest booth size at IDEA16 is 10 foot x 15 foot, 150 sq. ft. (approximately 3m x 3m).
A: The exhibit space comes with pipe, drape, concrete floor space, complimentary booth personnel passes (the number of personnel depends upon the booth size), a complimentary Show Directory listing, and general pre-show publicity.
A: All booth space is sold on a square foot basis. The INDA Member price is $28 per square foot and the non-member price is $34. Island booth space includes an additional fee of $1 per square foot. Booth space with three open sides includes an additional $.75 per square foot.
A: There is no deadline to reserve a booth. INDA will continue to sell booths until all floor space is sold. Potential exhibitors are encouraged to submit booth reservations early to secure a selected booth space and a listing in the Show Directory. The deadline to be listed in the Show Directory is March 1, 2016. Any booth reservations received after this date will be processed; however, it may not be listed in onsite publications.
A: Exhibit Personnel Exposition Passes are provided to companies based upon booth size. Two (2) Exhibit Personnel Exposition Passes will be provided for every 150 square feet of exhibit space, with a maximum of 20 passes. The Exhibit Personnel Exposition Passes provide booth personnel access to the exhibition floor only. Conference sessions and the Welcome Reception are not included; these options may be purchased for a separate fee. Additional Exhibit Personnel Exposition Passes, beyond the maximum of 20, may be purchased at a discounted rate when purchased prior to March 7, 2016. There are no freight deliveries Saturday, April 30, or Sunday, May 1. Exhibitors will be notified via email of their targeted move in date and time. Strict adherence to the assigned targeted move in date and time is essential, so that the show can move in as quickly as possible and as little cost to each exhibitor as possible.
A: Exhibitors are allowed into the Expo Hall one (1) hour before the show opens. The show opens at 10:30 am and Exhibitors can get into the Expo Hall at 9:30 am.
A: The Exhibitor Service Manual will be available after July 1, 2015. Exhibitors are sent a login and password once INDA is in position of the signed contract and initial deposit.
A: Yes, certain types of booths may have hanging signs (e.g., island booths). Please refer to the IAEM guidelines included in the Exhibitor Service Manual for the criteria for hanging signs.

A: There are height range allowances depending upon the type of booth. Please refer to the IAEM guidelines included in the Exhibitor Manual for the height range allowance for your booth type. A: Food and beverages should be contracted through the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) catering vendor. Any Exhibitor bringing in their own chef, food, etc., will be charged a fee by the BCEC. You may not bring in your own alcohol or bartender.
A: Yes, pop up displays for smaller booths are acceptable.
A: Yes, rental displays are available for certain size booths. The rental displays will be available for ordering in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

A: The show colors are purple, white and black. There is black carpeting for the aisles and the pipe and drape is purple and white.
A: No, IDEA16 does not provide interpreters.
