INVISTA Gains EIA Approval for HMD Plant in Shanghai
The new HMD plant will be the most energy efficient HMD facility in the world
Do you need nylon 6,6? In the Asia-Pacific region? If so, then INVISTA is going to want to talk to you. They have plans for building a new hexamethylene diamine HMD plant in the Shanghai region and will begin production in 2015. They have done their due diligence and received their Environmental Impact Assessment Approval from the Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau. And in case you missed it, INVISTA opened up a China Textile Research Center last year to promote innovation too.
