Transplace’s Acquisition of M33 Integrated to Strengthen Flexible Packaging Sector

November 18, 2015 (Dallas, TX) — Transplace, a leading provider of transportation management services and logistics technology, acquired M33 Integrated, a third party logistics (3PL) provider based in Greenville, SC. The acquisition, announced on September 17, 2015, expands Transplace’s vertical expertise and geographical reach, as well as enhances M33’s operations and ability to provide greater access to market intelligence to customers.

As a member of the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA), M33 serves companies in the industry through its combination of proprietary technology and supply chain expertise. Joining Transplace will empower M33 to offer a greater range of services to its customers, especially those in the flexible packaging-related industry. M33’s headquarters and technology center in Greenville, SC and its operations center in Greensboro, NC will be named the Transplace Southeast Center of Excellence and will operate as part of the company’s Transportation Management business, led by President Frank McGuigan.
