I have just returned from a two-week trip to Asia, where I attended ANEX 2000 in Osaka and CINTE 2000 in Beijing. Both of these expositions and conferences focused attention on the nonwovens business in their local region.

P&G Director to Give INTC Keynote Address
Karl Michael Schumann, Director of New Platform Technologies, Nonwovens, at Procter & Gamble, will give the keynote speech at the International Nonwovens Technical Conference (INTC 2000). His presentation will address the innovations and developments at a global consumer products company.
INTC 2000 will be held September 26-28, 2000 at the Hotel Inter-Continental in Dallas, Texas.
