INDA Unveils India Nonwovens Forum New service serves as an online communications tool for suppliers and users of nonwovens in this growing region Cary, NC — June 7, 2007 — With an eye on facilitating the exchange of information involving the important growth market in India, INDA, Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, has established the India Nonwovens Forum, a listserv community that will connect manufacturers, suppliers and converters of nonwoven fabrics in this region. Available through a link on the INDA website at www.inda.org, the India Nonwovens Forum will provide an avenue of communication for all links in the supply chain for consumer and industrial applications of nonwoven fabrics. Open to both INDA members and non-members, the site features three categories for posting questions and answers — Marketing, Machinery and Miscellaneous. The India Nonwovens Forum is essentially an “industry forum” that member companies to ask and answer questions, participate in discussion forums and read and share company and industry news. Among the other forums on the site are Small Business and Government Affairs. The India Nonwovens Forum, which will launch June 21, also supports the marketing behind the inaugural Link with India International Conference, being sponsored by INDA in Mumbai, India, October 16-18, 2007.
