ANNOUNCING: NONWOVEN ENHANCEMENTS SEMINAR & INTC 2005
SEPTEMBER 19, 2005 MILLENNIUM HOTEL, ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI

Cary, North Carolina - AATCC (American Association of Textile Chemists & Colorists) and INDA are producing Nonwoven Enhancements 2005 to coincide with INTC (International Nonwovens & Technical Conference) 2005, September 19-22, 2005, Millennium Hotel, St. Louis, Missouri. INTC 2005 is jointly produced by INDA and TAPPI (Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry). This is the second time that AATCC and INDA have partnered to offer the Nonwoven Enhancements event. The seminar, originally held in 2003, was well-received and garnered much praise from attendees.

Nonwoven Enhancements 2005 will focus on mechanical/surface finishing and dyeing techniques. Plus, attendees will discover coloration techniques, performance finishes, and surface treatments that can enhance products. Cos Camelio, Technical Director, INDA, said, “We feel it is important to partner with other associations in offering events of interest to our industry. This seminar fits in perfectly with our technical conference and INTC attendees will have the opportunity to learn ways of enhancing their company’s products. These enhancements will ultimately benefit their customers.”

INTC 2005 is being held September 19-22, 2005, Millennium Hotel, St. Louis, Missouri. The conference will focus on leading edge information from the following areas: absorbents, apparel, binders & additives, building & industrial mat, filtration, finishes & surfaces, flame retardants, functional performance, insulation, nanotechnology, polymers & fibers, process technologies, spunmelt (2 sessions), structure uniformity, and surface modifications. Also featured at INTC 2005 will be the Product Development and Modeling Tutorials, Student Papers, the Keynote and the Awards Luncheon as well as the Tabletop Reception and New Technology Showcase.
