We are searching for an experienced Process Engineer. Four year college degree in Engineering, or equivalent (combination of education and experience). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Melt Spin/Draw/Winding Fibers, Spun-Bonded Nonwovens, and Operation of major Chemical process equipment. Well-developed analytical problem solving and communication skills. Project management skills (stage-gate, time management, prioritization)

Process Control/Improvement:

• Support production in all areas related to the technical/systems aspects of the process/products
• Determine root cause(s) for process/product non-conformances and upsets
• Monitor/control established quality and production indices
• Maintain process/product parameters
• Coordinate and follow up on technical aspects of customer complaints
• Segregation and disposition of off-quality
• Provide support and coverage to other Process Engineers


• Define and execute technology projects and goals
• Production feasibility and implementation of new processes/products
• Provide support to marketing group and customers for implementation of new processes/products
• Establish process/product parameters
• Support and implement methods to improve productivity, capacity and quality
• Serve as technology leader for capital projects
• Direct involvement with equipment installation and start-up, including procedures/training
