Don has over 30 years of experience in the Consumer Package Goods Industry having worked at Procter & Gamble, Jafra Cosmetics, Avon Products, Method Products and now The Honest Company. During the course of his career, he has worked on products as varied as shampoos to floor cleaners, diapers to cutting edge anti-aging skin care products, candles and room diffusers to vitamins and teas, insect repellent to fine fragrances, and mascaras to dryer sheets. Products he has developed are sold in over 122 countries around the world. One constantly returning product form has been wipes or other products applied via a substrate sheet. And with each one of those projects have been the challenges of stability, efficacy, consistency of consumer experience, cost and sustainability.
Today's mom's are breaking rules and expectations set by generations before them. This generation of Millennial Mom's doesn't blindly use the products her own mom used, but is seeking out new products through information sources like friends, bloggers, websites and social media.
