High Recovery with "Neat" Polypropylene Spun-blown® Fibers

"NEAT" Polypropylene Meltblown webs made with conventional Meltblown technology or older Schwarz technology can make High loft at the collector but it loses 80% of its recovery when wound up. This poses a problem for sound deadening and Thermal insulations as the properties you created are gone after wind up. A novel approach to making a High Loft, high Recovery Spun-blown® Polypropylene will be discussed.
