Capturing the Voice-of-Consumer and Addressing Their Key Pain Points Through Core Adhesive Innovations
In today's markets, technology has provided consumers with access to unlimited amounts of information and an ability to openly communicate with other consumers and share personal feedback with companies across geographical boundaries. One important outcome of this increased consumer empowerment is that it can provide a head start to the companies that capture this voice of customer in their product development process.
During this presentation, we'll share the findings of the voice-of-consumer study conducted to understand the key pain points that drive unsatisfactory consumer ratings and reviews online. We'll then highlight the results of our lab testing of various commercially available core designs and explore the correlation between the core integrity tests and voice-of-consumer study across baby care and adult incontinence categories. The presenters will conclude with the overview of new H. B. Fuller core adhesives designed to improve core integrity and enable thinner designs to address key pain points of today's consumer, contributing to an improved user experience and driving higher overall consumer satisfaction.
