Braskem’s Next Bioplastic Move
Good news from the bioplastics front . . . Braskem is forging ahead with their new facility in Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil to produce green polypropylene (despite changes in their leadership). Further proof that South America is a hot bed of growth for the nonwovens industry and bio-based materials are here to stay.
