Lubrizol Launches Flame Retardant TPU Exhibiting Low Smoke & Toxicity for Medical Applications

How many of you think about flame retardancy when it comes to a medical setting, such as a hospital? When you check in to have a procedure or surgery, the last thing you want to think about are additional dangers to the ones you are already facing. Well, Lubrizol is doing their best to help make things a little bit safer with their new thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs) for use in medical applications.
