Achievement
Award
Nomination FormThe Nonwovens Industry Lifetime Technical Achievement Award is given to individuals who have a long established technical career in the nonwovens industry. This professional will have had a long history of technical innovation leading to the development of Intellectual Property resulting in new products and processes. These developments will have added substantial fiscal value to one of more nonwoven companies and/or the industry as a whole.
Basic Award Qualifications:
- Nonwovens Related
- INDA Member (current/retired)
- 20 years in nonwovens related position
- Participant in INDA now or in the past
- Has significantly contributed to the technical advancement/commercial
success of the industry (e.g. research and development, products, equipment,
processes, etc)…or has significantly contributed to the growth
of the industry through the technical training of groups/individuals
or authoring innovative technical publications/papers.
INDA Lifetime Service Award
Given for the first time in 2007, The INDA Lifetime Service Award is given to individuals who have a long established record of service to INDA, specifically, and the Nonwoven Industry as a whole. The award candidate will have gone beyond the basic qualifications listed below. He or she would maintain an active partnership with INDA. This individual partner would have held a key roll in planning and executing the long term success of at least one of INDA’s major industry services and is an avid supporter and spokesperson for the industry. In summary, the Lifetime Service Award is given to the individual who has given his or her best both personally and professionally to service INDA and the industry.
Basic Award Qualifications:
- INDA Member of good standing (current/retired)
- 20 years in nonwovens related functions
- Uncompensated present or past active INDA partner
- Has significantly contributed to the growth of INDA events and the Industry through his/her activities and has been instrumental in promoting the benefits and potential of INDA/Nonwovens.

INDA’s Technical Advisory Board (TAB) will make the final
decision
and the winner will be announced during INDA’s
RISE (Research
Innovation, & Science for Engineered Fabrics)
