AATC Foundation Promotes Scholarships with Early Application Deadlines
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., USA, January 14, 2021— AATCC Foundation Inc. offers $100,000 in scholarships each year. Undergraduate and graduate students in textile-related programs at colleges and universities across the country are eligible. Students can apply for multiple scholarships through a single online application form.
Early deadlines for four of these scholarships are rapidly approaching:
The Charles E. Gavin III Family Scholarship is an $8,000 scholarship presented to students attending Auburn University Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. APPLICATIONS DUE FEBRUARY 1, 2021.
The Charles H. Stone Scholarship offers four $6,000 scholarships to juniors and seniors in textile programs at North Carolina State University Wilson College of Textiles and Clemson University Department of Materials Science and Engineering. APPLICATIONS DUE FEBRUARY 15, 2021.
The AATCC Foundation Piedmont Section Scholarship is a $3,000 scholarship available to textile students currently attending an undergraduate, two-year or four-year educational institution located in the Piedmont Section (North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia). APPLICATIONS DUE FEBRUARY 15, 2021
The Varley Family Textile Technology Scholarship offers a $7,500 scholarship that supports students pursuing a career or performing coursework in textile engineering, chemistry, science or a related discipline at either the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) or Cornell University College of Human Ecology. APPLICATIONS DUE FEBRUARY 15, 2021
