GREENVILLE, S.C. – January 31, 2019 – Two veterans from one of the premier site selection firms in the United States, launched Quest Site Solutions (Quest) in 2018 to provide a full range of site selection services to companies seeking new locations, relocating existing operations, and considering competitive expansions or consolidations. Quest principals Lindsey Cannon and Sarah White each spent over ten years at McCallum Sweeney Consulting (MSC) where they analyzed over 1,000 properties across 40 states and provinces. They have been involved in numerous site selection projects for US- and internationally based companies including DRT, Cytec, Mitsubishi and Freshpet.
The Quest team manages the full, site-selection process including: property identification and evaluation, workforce analysis and incentive negotiations. In addition to traditional site selection capabilities, the Quest team includes the capacity to provide civil design, logistics, planning services and permitting investigation as part of the site selection process. This additional capacity enables a comprehensive approach to the site process, lowering risk for Quest clients. The Quest team has deep experience in the manufacturing industry and brings a particular understanding of nonwoven facility requirements including site and production layout, humidity control, industrial hygiene and wastewater permitting.
