Mr. Bill Pulanco graduated in Mechanical Engineering with a BS & MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He started his career with Kimberly-Clark and has more than 15 years of progressive experience in the hygiene industry. In 2010 he joined H.B. Fuller as an application specialist and today he leads the Global Techincal Service for the Hygiene Market, where his team supports customers in optimizing value gained from using H.B. Fuller's Full-Care™ solutions. His team also manages extensive adhesive demonstrations at H.B. Fuller's technical centers of excellenc, which provides an invaluable service to customers to understand the adhesive performance within the final product.
